hey i dont think anyone knows about the rule. but my rule was :

1. look at the layout.
2. dont vote cause it's your friend's layout or ur friend made you vote
3. just be honest and who u really want to nominate

i guess the last people didn't read my rules heh it's ok. but im gona say it right now again that please read the directions, thanks. and yes the person who made an awesome layout was supposed to win, but then ehh-_-;;; anyways ...
